I’m located at S72 Studio 43 Fort Union Blvd #12, Midvale, UT 84047 I’m in suite #19 CANCELLATIONS You have 48 hours to cancel your appointment, anything under 48 hours is a last minute cancellation & you will be charged 25% of your service total. No shows are charged 50% of the service & you will no longer be able to book with me. I also have a 10 minute late policy. If you arrive 15 minutes late, it an automatic cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS. DEPOSITS $20 non refundable deposit required. Venmo- odalisc-xoxo or Apple Pay- 801-879-0467 Remaining balance can be payed cash, zelle, Apple Pay, card, or Venmo.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule. Anything under a 48 hour notice will result in 50% of the service charged. No call/No show will be charged 100% of the service total. 10 minute late grace period, appointments will need to be rescheduled if any later. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHNAGES ON ANY SERVICES. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
